| A Facebook post of August 9, 2024, a prayer for the election: Many of our religious tradition believe we should not vote, but we all believe that we should pray. Paul’s first letter to Timothy commends prayers for all people, a neglected teaching. I suppose this would be in the category of prayers for all people (1 Timothy 2:1).
