| Sharon’s Cancer Prayer Update: 1/19/2025 Sharon (81) was in ICU three times in 2024 with complications, but we have good news this time! We are now in the fourth year since we discovered that she had incurable breast cancer that had already metastasized throughout her cranium, backbone, ribs, and pelvis. This week, at our 46th appointment with her oncologist/hematologist, he came in saying excitedly, “I’ve got good news, it’s incredible, incredible!” Her laboratory blood tests were the best they’ve ever been! And we also want to share the results of her latest CT scans with you, brethren. Her whole body scan now shows that the bone cancer is, “much less prominent than on the most recent prior exams,” and, there “is no acute intracranial abnormality.” The extensive scans show, “no evidence of metastatic disease.” The cancer is confined to the bones, and none is present in her organs. This information validates that her therapies are holding the infiltrating cancer in check with no symptoms of spreading to healthy surrounding tissues. Thankfully, Sharon is still experiencing no pain or nausea but now requires a lot more sleep. She says, “I get tired so easily.” Thank you for your continuing sincere prayers as the effectual fervent prayer of the righteous avails much. All praise and thankfulness to our Father and His Son, Jesus Christ.
