| I came across this interview with Dr. Barrie Tan last night. In this interview, he is asked about the effects that Tocotrienols have on cancer. He relates some positive news. However, since clinical trials have not been completed with humans, Dr. Tan cannot make any claims that Tocotrienols will eradicate or cure cancer. He can only relate what it has done in animal or lab studies regarding cancer. He does share stories of those who have had positive results with Tocotrienols acting on their various cancers. Of course, everyone is different. So not everyone will have the same results. There are other factors to consider, such as diet, exposure to toxins or pollution, stress and other personal health issues. As Dr. Tan points out, Tocotrienols are a lipid antioxidant. Since the walls of our cells are made of fat, this is why Tocotrienols are effective in protecting our cells. But there are other antioxidants that are also important, such as vitamin C and Alpha Lipoic Acid among others. With Alpha Lipoic Acid, I have learned that the R-Lipoic Acid or R-Fraction Alpha Lipoic Acid may be the better form to take. Tocotrienols and other antioxidants are only one part in any healthy routine that we choose to follow. Our spiritual health is the most important area that we need to maintain. Sooner or later, our bodies will break down and fail us despite our best efforts. “For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens” (2 Corinthians 5:1).
