| We seldom ever get a flyer from a Democrat but this year we did. It was addressed only to me by name, and it came from a person I knew several years ago. The flyer was talking about a woman’s right to have control over her reproductive health. In other words, the promotion of abortion. I knew this person from a book club I was in for six or seven years. I quit the book club based on several things. #1-Three or four people were always picking books that were clearly about the indoctrination of communism. #2-A male member continually lamented about how he was raised in “white male privilege” as they called it. Apparently being raised in a middle-class home as a white male was wrong. (Most if not all people who founded this country were white.) #3-The rules of book club were no discussion of religion or politics. #4-They discussed scripture and politics and when I brought up religion in regard to making a point about a book we had just read, I was told to shut up. #5-They bought a book written by a person who never even met Donald Trump. The book was stating all the things that they felt made Donald Trump crazy as they wanted us all to believe he was. (That one was the last straw.) So, I quit after a few emails were exchanged. I responded to the flyer because I knew the person that sent it to me, but I might have responded to it anyway even if I hadn’t known her because it made my blood boil over when I read it. This person’s name isn’t that important, so I removed it. She is currently running for office in North Dakota. Dear _____, Please do not send me any more of these flyers. I am not of your mindset and never will be. What this flyer is promoting is the murder of babies and since you seem to agree with it, you have blood on your hands. In case you did not learn it in your church, murder of anyone is a sin. Because I knew you in book club several years ago, I also know that you are all for communism because that is definitely what the Biden/Harris administration stands for and that you think communism is okay came out in your speech at book club. Perhaps you should take a history lesson in regard to what the communists do to people even their own. I believe you are taking the wrong path in life, and I sincerely hope that someday you will repent, turn to God and change direction in your life. Until then, I will not vote for you, and I do not want to receive any more of your flyers promoting the murder of babies. Laura Lee PS-Yes, I signed my name to the letter. I ripped the flyer into four pieces and mailed both the letter and the ripped-up flyer to her.
